Booking Fee

£10

Paid when the booking request is made and used to reserve the requested collection slot while the delivery is reviewed.

Delivery Mileage

£2 / mile

Calculated from collection to delivery. The remaining mileage charge is payable before collection.

Service Area

Up to 5 miles

Collections are accepted within approximately 5 miles of our North London base, with deliveries up to 5 miles from the collection address.

Parcel requirements: Items must fit safely and securely inside our courier bag in either its standard or expanded configuration. Oversized, excessively heavy, awkward, leaking, poorly packaged or otherwise unsuitable items may be refused.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled collection time are eligible for a full refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 2 hours may incur a cancellation charge of up to £10 depending on time and costs already committed. If London Delivers Direct cancels the booking, the booking fee will be refunded in full.
