WHY THIS FORMAT WORKS
THE PRODUCT HAS TO EARN ITS PLACE.
A normal London Delivers shift can involve hours outdoors, traffic, restaurant pickups, navigation, weather, battery management and constant movement.
That makes the channel a useful real-world testing environment. Rather than showing a product on a desk for five minutes, I can actually use it as part of the working day and talk about what worked, what didn’t and whether I’d keep using it.
